Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), we inform you how we process the personal data collected through this website.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

  • Browsing data: our systems collect some technical data during normal operation (IP address, browser, time of request), used in aggregate form to ensure the operation and security of the site.
  • Data you provide: name, email, phone (optional) and message content sent through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering requests for information, quotes and purchases (Art. 6.1.b GDPR – pre-contractual measures at your request).
  • Preventing abuse and spam and ensuring site security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR – legitimate interest).
  • Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations in case of purchase (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

The site does not sell online, requires no registration and does not use data for marketing or profiling.

4. Methods and retention

Data are processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months, unless required by law (e.g. 10 years for tax documents). Anti-spam technical data (temporary IP address) are deleted within 24 hours.

5. Recipients

Data are not disclosed. They may be processed by the hosting and email provider as data processor, and shared with couriers or advisors only when necessary to fulfil an order. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd's privacy policy also applies.

6. Transfers outside the EU

No transfers outside the European Economic Area are planned, except for your voluntary use of third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Yahoo Mail) which adopt adequate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) at any time by writing to shop@studioartevio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
